Tips for relieving Back Pain


WHATS UP EVERY BODY! HOPE YOU ARE HAVING THE BEST TIME EVER!
I AM EXCITED TO GET STARTED ON THIS SUBJECT OF BACK PAINS AND SHARING
WITH YOU GUYS TIPS ON THE TECHNIQUES THAT WORKED FOR ME.
IT WOULD BE AWESOME IF THEY CAN HELP EVEN THE
SLIGHTEST BIT FOR YOU WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM BACK PAIN.

MANY PEOPLE GO WITHOUT EVER BEING EXPOSED TO A METHOD
THAT THEY CAN ACTUALLY FEEL A DIFFERENCE FROM. I MYSELF HAVE BEEN
 AFFECTED BY BACK PAINS MANY TIMES. THEY STARTED AROUND
THE TIME THAT I WAS 18.  THESE BACK PAINS ALL DIFFERED FROM EACHOTHER IN
THE TYPE OF PAIN, THE AREA OF THE PAIN, WHAT I BELIEVE IT WAS THA
BROUGHT ON THE PAIN AND HOW LONG THE PAIN STUCK AROUND BEFRE I
ACTUALLY FELT BETTER OR COMPLETELY RECOVERED.  I TRIED MANY THINGS
THAT WERE RECOMMENDED WEATHER IT WAS A PRODUCT OR MAYBE ADICE
FROM A FRIEND.

THE THING WAS THAT I WASN'T GETTING ANY RESULTS.

I WAS JUST KIND OF A SPECTATOR OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING TO ME AND I NEVER
REALLY WAS ABLE TO AFFECT THE OUTCOME.   THIS ACTUALLY BROUGHT ON A
GENERAL FEELING OF FRUSTRATION,   HELPLESSNESS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY
CURIOUSITY !

I CAN'T CONTRIBUTE THE FACT THAT I NO LONGER HAVE BACK PAINS TO ANY
ONE TECHNIQUE.  ACTUALLY THERE ARE MANY THINGS WHICH I BELIEVE
CONTRIBUTED, FOR EXAMPLE:

HYDRATION,
PH BALANCE,
ANTI-INFLAMMATORY FOODS
AND HERBS OR
ROOTS,
EARTHING OR
GROUNDING YOURSELF, AND ANY
KIND OF STRETCHING ROUTINE.

THE COOL AMAZING THING IS THAT ALL OF THESE THINGS REVOLVE AROUND
THE FACT THAT NOT ONLY IS THERE THINGS THAT CAN HELP, BUT! THESE THINGS
CAN BE UTILIZED BY US! OURSELVES!
EACH OF US AS AN INDIVIDUAL ARE CAPABLE OF DOING SOMETHING AMAZING
TO RAISE OUR OWN LEVEL OF HEALTH!

I FOUND AN ARTICLE ON A FUN STRETCHING EXCERSISE THAT I REALLY ENJOY. I
DO THIS EXERCISE  JUST TO GET THE DAY STARTED, OR TO HELP WITH A TIME OF
BACK PAIN. IT'S 5 DIFFERENT POSES YOU REPEAT 21 TIMES. IT REALLY GETS YOU

When I first found out about this certification i was so excited. It took me a couple of 
months before I signed up, just because I wanted to research it and make sure it was
totally what i was looking for. And yes! it was. There is a couple reviews I found online 
about other students taking this course, and they both loved it. I was sold. Not only is it 
taught by the guy who basically made raw food and superfoods,  known to the world 
but everything just sounded too good. 
Some of the things i really like about it that he teaches through videos, real personality, 
real information right there and then. Also there is a quiz after every video to make sure 
you were listening, but how could you not, everything is so interesting! I just finished all 
the lessons after 2 months and i am preparing for the ultimate test. There is also PDF 
documents with a guide, the quizzes, and with every word he says on the videos. It
nice that you are able to read for a different type of learning and or for studying. 
There is also a Noniland series of videos, questions and answers and more that i am
looking forward to. 
This course is done through the Body Mind Isntitute, which also gives you some free 
courses when you sign up, i found this very nice. All to help us in our path to natural 
holistic healing and living. 
My review of this course so far, I am addicted to learning about all this, so excited 
to complete it, and totally feel that i am learning from the best. I reccommend this course
to anyone in the natural health field. It's affordable, payments can be arranged, and 
its also a great program and set up. Oh yeah, you also get an exclusive  longevity

Choose to Live It

HELLO FRIENDS.  SO I AM 28 YEARS YOUNG AND FEEL LIKE I AM GETTING

YOUNGER!  HOW IS THIS HAPPENING?  THIS WAS NOT THE CASE FOR ME ALL

THROUGH OUT MY LATE

TEENAGE YEARS AND MY EARLY TWENTIES.  DESPITE MY ACTIVE AND ATHLETIC

LIFESTYLE I STILL FELT SLUGGISH AND SLOW TO HEAL.  SOMETHING JUST WASNT

RIGHT FOR ME.  WHAT WAS MISSING WERE CLEAN NATURAL SOURCES OF

VITAMINS, MINERALS, TRACE MINERALS, ANTIOXIDANTS, OMEGA FATTY

ACIDS,FATS, PROTEINS,AMINO ACIDS, CARBS AND SUGARS.  THE COOL THING THAT

CHOOSE TO LIVE IT.   DON'T LET ANY IMAGE OF YOUR AGE OR ANYTHING ELSE

AFFECT YOUR LIFE.  BEING ACTIVE AND EXERCISING SHOULD NOT BE DOMINATED

JUST BY OUR WANT TO BE PHYSICALLY ATTRACTIVE.  EXERCISING AND

UNWINDING AS I LIKE TO PICTURE IT IS A GOOD WAY TO STAY YOURSELF.  IT HELPS

YOU TO BECOME MORE FLUID.  MOVING WATER IS ALWAYS GOING TO BE MORE

VIBRANT AND CLEANER THAN WATER THAT IS NOT MOVING.   THAT IS TRUE FOR

YOUR SOUL AS WELL AS YOUR PHYSICAL BODY.  IT'S NOT REALISTIC TO HAVE

TRANSFORMATION AFTER WORKING OUT FOR A WEEK OR A MONTH.

TAKE IT EASY.  WE DONT HAVE TO ACCOMPLISH SO MUCH SO FAST.  THE

TRANSFORMATION THAT WE NEED IS A LIFESTYLE ONE IN SPECIFIC.  IF WE CAN

ADD IN SMALL ACTIVITIES THAT WE CAN CONTINUE TO DO ON A DAILY OR

WEEKLY BASIS THEN THE ONLY THING BETWEEN US AND OUR PHYSICAL

TRANSFORMATION IS TIME.   YOGA ANY TYPE OF STRETCHING IS AN AWESOME

ACTIVITY TO ADD IN TO YOUR LIFESTYLE.

SWEATING IS A GREAT WAY TO GET RID OF UNWANTED TOXINS IN OUR BODIES.

KEEP IN MIND IF YOUR SWEAT IS SALTY THEN YOU ARE LOSING ELECTROLYTES SO

STAY HYDRATED AND A PERSONAL TECHNIQUE THAT I ENJOY IS TO SPRINKLE A

LITTLE BIT OF SOME PINK HIMALAYAN SALT IN MY CLEAN WATER WICH WILL HELP

TO KEEP NORMAL STATE OF BODY FUNCTION AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO STAY

HYDRATED EASIER.     ANOTHER THING TO KEEP IN MIND IS BREATHING.  I ENJOY

YOGA BREATHING EXERCISES.  ITS SOMETHING THAT MANY PEOPLE DONT FOCUS

THERE ATTENTION ON BUT MAN IS IT A GOOD WAY TO FRESHEN AND BRIGHTEN

The Yoga Swing

Sunflower Greens


I love growing greens! 

Growing sunflower greens is soooo easy. Remember to always buy raw, other wise they wont grow and organic to avoid pesticides.Here are some steps...· soak your seeds for 6 to 8 hours(you can use seeds with or without shell)·use a tray, pot, or anything with drainage and spread about 1 inch of soil(make sure its good soil, with no pesticides, from your yard or compost, or organic soil from the store)·Sprinkle and mix some pink himalayan salt, or sea salt in the soil for minerals.·after your seeds have been soaked, they are already starting to sprout, you can place them on the soil, and cover with about 1 inch more soil.·Water them enough for them to be moist but not overflowing with water. Use spring water for best quality. Also grow indoors to avoid bugs or flies getting on them.·Then after about 7 days, when they have grown 2 leaves they are ready!· Cut them above the soil, rinse, eat or store them. They can last in the fridge for like a week or so.Try it out guys, its fun, easy, affordable, and super healthy.

It is a great video, I totally agree with living the fully raw for many reasons. Kristina explains it pretty great, her spirit is awesome and really appreciated. This is great information, inspiration and guidance.

Like said before, you are what you eat, if you wanna be alive and naturally happy, then eat live natural happy foods.
I love eating raw because of all the benefits it has, and it feels good too. Eating plants from mother earth is the key to health, just how it was intended. It helps our bodies be healthy with the live enzymes, the live minerals and vitamin, and live proteins. Eating dead food does not feed your cells. In order for our bodies to function the best is by feeding it the best. We need to feed our cells, which build our body.
